Great professional experience and development. I understand how people burn out at Amazon in 2-3 years though. If you aren't working OT you likely are not "performing well" and can't meet goals. The stress of the job makes people act rudely more often than I'd like to see.

All very understanding of personal time and work life balance. My boss encourages time off

Taking on projects that benefit my direct reports, helping them save time and be more frustration free

Solving long term problems and looking for process improvements to improve quality of life/reduction of busy work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try our best to promote work life balance, although it can be hard at times due to demand

All relatively positive and fun people to work with. People take initiative and it does not seem one-sided where people are putting in more work than others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have received two promotions (Sr. RC and then RCM) and did not receive a pay increase. I understand that usually comes with an uplevel, but I expect compensation at some point.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have gotten two "promotions" without a pay increase. Moving to salaried from hourly actually was a pay decrease, as I always work OT and now I do not get the extra pay. My OT sign on bonus was negligible compared to my average OT worked/week when I was hourly.
