Experience has been overall good, I genuinely think that my teammates, manager, and work friends make the job much more appealing than the work does. The work is repetitive and thankless for how much effort it can be.

I am a contract worker. We don't have great benefits.

Very friendly and very helpful individuals who seem to genuinely care about the work we do and the people on our team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very friendly and social, they seem to want to help out when they can and we have a good team dynamic I think.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Streamline the BR finding process. Seems to be getting more difficult to secure a Bar Raiser for upcoming loops that creates a lot of stress and worry on the RC's part.
