My overall experience is much better now that I am able to work remotely. I came from a Fulfillment Center. And If I may add: If I were king for a day - I would increase the hourly wages of those hardworking associates because without them, Amazon would not be as successful as it is.

I would like to know some career progression opportunities. In fairness, I have only been with this new team since January. Hopefully it will be discussed on the upcoming Forte.

My hours and being able to work from home

That we still have a great relationship even though we are remote.

We are unique in that we are 100% remote but we are still able to leverage technology to stay connected

Andy Jassy took the time to send me a reply email. I thought that spoke volumes for him to do that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You feel a sense of accomplishment and when you successfully guiding someone through the recruiting process, from the RO to the OS

My unique position is always new. You neve know what you're going to run into or who you may make contact with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We maintain great communication despite being spread out across the U.S. My 4-person team is in Kansas City, Denver, Seattle and San Antonio.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that someone with over two decades of recruiting experience, Amazon could have provided a little more compensation - either through stock, base salary or bonus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I should be compensated more due to my 20 years of recruiting experience prior to assuming this position. I believe I have that value.
