They are always there to provide support and feedback. My team checks in with me and make sure I am not over worked!

We have a diverse team and I like how each team is not too big and when we interact it is more on a personal than stranger level
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no much room to grow as an RC. We do not have enough visibility on more options to learn more of what we are passionate about
