My experience has been a bit stressful and frustrating due to limited and undetailed training with no guidance from my direct manager

Being able to meet deadlines and complete my daily tasks
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a good attempt to make larger meetings fun and interactive to keep you involved
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is little guidance from our direct manager and she is always out sick. The only time I hear from her is when she has negative feedback.
