They are approachable and communicate the direction the team is steering towards.

Everyone is very approachable, supportive and helpful. Everyone looks out for one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently I work up to 12 hours some days to make up for the workload. For the amount of work we do our compensation is pretty below industry standards.
