We celebrate one anothers success!!! It is great!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of our team is willing to step up where needed and if someone needs helps, people are willing to help. We have fun together and we celebrate one anothers' success!
What makes you most happy at work?
My leaders and team trust me to get the work done that needs to get done and it makes me feel good and valued. I also love the work flexibility. I am mentally and physically the healthiest I have been in a long time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that my Leadership team has set me up for success. They trust I have the ability to take on new tasks and can get projects completed and this has been an excellent learning experience. They share feedback on things we can do better individually and also as a team and celebrate our success!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I typically work 10 hour days to get everything done that I need to complete. I have a Recruiter network and our base pay at my level is not comparable with other base pays in other companies based off of recent conversations. I feel there is so much room for growth here and I want to stay here.
