The feeling of accomplishment through supporting others (i.e. mentoring, coaching, watching others learn and succeed) and seeing my own tangible results.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders consistently demonstrate a strong balance between supporting their employees and providing autonomy to think independently. This is rare and, in my experience, unique to Amazon leaders.
