In the beginning this was the best company I worked for until I changed into a new team. The first manager provided so much respect it increased the teams overall production. The new management has decreased my overall view of the company and it makes it hard to be happy at work.

Developing the team culture and providing feedback amongst peers. Peer to peer review really motivates the team and encourages the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership tends to constantly switch there alignment on what the goals should. I find this very confusing and forces me to switch my strategic planning.
