Overall, great experience. I do just wish there were better incentives since it is such a large company. I know some competing companies have better benefits in terms of discounts, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New employees in the company make more than tenured ones due to the compensation adjustments with promotion. I feel I could leave the company and come back and make much more.
