It's been really great! It takes some time to ramp up and learn dupe checking and the Amazon bar - but I've really enjoyed how the company handles the hiring process.

What makes you most happy at work?
Love recruiting - enjoy talking to candidates and working with management to find the right talent. Enjoy being remote.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Love working remotely and having the flexibility to work hours that work for me. Love my management team - they are fair, don't micromanage, and help keep us encouraged in a tough recruiting environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team in Core Tech is very caring about employees not burning out. They are open to feedback about challenges in recruiting today and find ways to improve the process. Love senior leaderships changes to remote work after covid and comp changes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I'm paid well now, but I'm in my first year. I am worried about after the SOP's drop off, because it was a significant drop in base when I made the move here. I also lost an annual bonus, so interested to see how the RSU's will compensate after they have vested.
