We all like to support and help each other. I can always ask questions, and there is a lot of positivity on our team. We are also doing really well!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the work that I do. Recruiting is so fulfilling and helping people find the right fit at Amazon is really a great feeling. I feel grateful to help others at such a wonderful company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unfortunately as a contractor, I am not given benefits or health insurance. I have to pay for insurance as a single individual on an open market, which is somewhat of a burden as it is very costly when you purchase it as an individual.
