What I like best about our leadership team is their investment in a culture of learning. They collectively approach leadership with a growth mindset, believing that we all can continue learning and growing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture and environment attempts to be as equitable and inclusive as we can be. We don't always achieve this, but we continue to work and learn to be more inclusive and foster a sense of belonging where everyone can bring their authentic selves to their work and their teams.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the best things about my team is our commitment to respectful collaboration. We approach our work with the mindset that everyone has strengths, skills, and insights to offer that will improve our work. We all seem to look for each other's strengths and find ways to align to them.
