It´s been a very good journey, I´ve developed more skills than what I dd in the last 5 years before amazon. What I dont like is the promotion´s process, it is very complicated in comparison with other companies and it seems easier to leave Amazon and then come back to loop for a higher lev

the results. I am competitive and every time is a new day to do it better.

Invest more time in the teams promotions. It is very hard to get to the next level in consumer
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
no micromanagement. I feel save in the workplace. I like that we tend to be objective in all we do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The bias for action we all have, We can act quick. We have also developed very good skills of partnership management. Our team is more matured now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base salary in recruitment is low. It should be higher, we bring the talented people to the business that are going to make the business grow. The workload that we have in consumer recruitment is very high and it should be compensated by higher total comp and base salary.
