I am very proud to work at Amazon and excited everyday to work in the TA/diversity space and with the supported business. Promo here feels daunting and not well supported. The process seems a heavy lift by the individual, that by all accounts, has earned it. Management should drive and own it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My medical benefits are actually amazing, even if they are expensive each month.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership including mentors and managers truly believe in what we are trying to accomplish in the diversity space on our team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping the Customer. Providing an avenue to work at Amazon on amazing teams. Helping the Business bring in amazing bar raising candidates. Potentially increasing the diverse Amazon population with amazing talent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We believe in what we do in the DEI recruiting space. We collaborate and lift each other up and honestly support each other's wins and successes. We innovate together and learn from each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We live and breath our Leadership Principles daily. They aren't just fancy words in an employee handbook or on a wall. The businesses I support have supported and the TA teams I support or have supported use the LPs to make all decisions. They, the LPs are ever evolving.
