My team lead has been fantastic. She is extremely supportive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the entrepreneurial feel to my role. I like having ownership in what I'm doing.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy when I can help others and solve problems. I enjoy seeing both candidates and coworkers succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a contractor, I earn a good compensation. The benefits from my company are minimal. I do not have any kind of benefits beyond medical/dental/vision.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I interact with my team lead almost daily, my manager on a weekly basis in our team meeting and a monthly meeting with higher level leadership. I appreciate that they make an effort with the monthly conference calls to keep us updated. I also appreciate that they are concerned about our well-being
