I love the role but the pay isn't enough especially for the amount of hours/stress, which might force me to get a job at a higher paying company unfortunately.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation needs to adjust with inflation and the responsibilities of the role. Going from RC to a sourcer should get a much higher pay increase. The fact that I work at a large company like Amazon and am stressed about paying rent is laughable. Amazon has the money to pay their employees better.
