- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation needs to adjust with inflation and the responsibilities of the role. Going from RC to a sourcer should get a much higher pay increase. The fact that I work at a large company like Amazon and am stressed about paying rent is laughable. Amazon has the money to pay their employees better.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?When I joined at a different team I don't think they gave me a fair offer. I recently transitioned to consumer and I'm hoping my compensation will be reevaluated to be aligned with my contributions as well as my team's equity.
