Positive Reviews From Amazon Stores Employees

  • What did you like most about the interview process?
That I was able to be interviewed by all the leaders on the same day, My process was fast
  • What do you like best about the leadership team?
They lead by example and encourage work life balance
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a culture that embraces change, respects cultures and work life balance

Constructive Feedback From Amazon Stores Employees

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation needs to adjust with inflation and the responsibilities of the role. Going from RC to a sourcer should get a much higher pay increase. The fact that I work at a large company like Amazon and am stressed about paying rent is laughable. Amazon has the money to pay their employees better.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I joined at a different team I don't think they gave me a fair offer. I recently transitioned to consumer and I'm hoping my compensation will be reevaluated to be aligned with my contributions as well as my team's equity.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No Compensation growth for long tenured employees in comparision to the ones joining now.
