What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not to sure yet at main office great
i like that i can go to one team member and they all communicate to get the job done asap

Giving raises an vacation so we get a break also

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting a raise once in a while I'm back at minimum wage cuz they don't appreciate employees enough
I would occasionally like to see a raise or be valued a little more
Bad management. Barely paid minimum wage. Unorganized. Lost my confidential information.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of us can not do computer. So should give paper work to one's who can not
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication, remorse and at least fairness
I want to get paid correctly now I don't have my money for rent
my co workers can tell us of any available benefits when available such as gas cards or mileage sheets that would help a lot
The management is the problem not the peer coworkers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work place is in middle of town
i love going to work Monday thru Sunday for my client she is just a doll

My client is very polite and easy to work with
my client listens to mexican music while we clean it is so awesome

When client needed more help no extra help
Management doesn't communicate and doesn't keep track of things that need to be done.
