It is not on par with industry standards & does not take into account the area in which you live-Pay scale for Califonia vs. Iowa very cost of living. No tuition reimbursement program- if only 5% of sales team make bonus that is not healthy for retention.

Some coworkers are not welcoming especially to new hires. They can be rude and unpleasant. I've tried small talk and getting to know them better but doesn't seem to work. Talking to management also does not help. Overall people here are nice but not super friendly.

Too many changes have been going on and they are changes that are making it more difficult to manage our workflows. The changes being made are not benefitting the lab at all

My manager burns us out as much as possible. She is extremely inept at her job as a leader. She expects us to work 10-12 hours daily due to company needs. There is no work life balance. Maybe if the higher ups were more aware of how their managers manage, things can improve. no accountability

Everyone has too much to do and although the work is gratifying, I never feel like you're doing it well because it's difficult to complete any given task due to competing tasks

We need to put more resources into improving the lab and each workflow. Many times instruments are out of order and the manual process makes it very difficult. We need to improve tracker3, case manager, and the other sites we use. They are incredibly slow and difficult to navigate.
