I actually really love most of my co-workers and many of the people on the management team. However, I wish corporate was better at communicating with customers about significant changes. My location was transitioned from a dine-in to a traditional one without any notice to any of the customers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For my location, I love how all of them seemed truly concerned with us workers and try to encourage a positive environment without stifling with false positivity. I do wish however they were better at communicating areas of improvement and were more strict with coworkers who didn't perform their job
