Regular staff was fun to work with, but the management was horrendous

Literally everything. AMC management is incompetent.

A lot of the regular staff work well together and have fun on the job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
normal staff completes much more work than the managers and gets paid about half of what they do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management staff is a complete joke. They sit in their office and watch the employees through the cameras. Then they critique us on minor things that they could have done themselves.
