Managers don't train you and expect you to know everything they know. They don't ask you if you are comfortable working for a 12-hour shift and schedule you for one. it's really frustrating as an employee when the managers could care less about their employees

better communication, understanding of people learn differently, teaching their employees how to properly do something

i'm treated unfairly and I'm tired of my manager expecting me to know something that I don't know

My coworkers are my friends and they are awesome. we work well together. if only the managers actually were helpful to us
