My experience over the years has been great but the pay is ridiculously small for the job they have us doing considering they train us in three different departments and have to master in different areas of those departments with no raise.

It’s a little ridiculous to me that right now AMC has a promotion going where guests can get unlimited popcorn but associates are only allowed to get popcorn and drinks on the day that they work so it almost feels like with certain situations like that our guests have more benefits than we
