Good company when it can be. Terrible when it can't. There's a lot of nepotism in the company and a lot of under qualified individuals in leadership positions. If you can tolerate a company like ACBJ, go for it. Can't? Look elsewhere.

Our CEO's thinking seems to be stuck in the 1970's. Probably his salad days, but the world has moved on.

  • As with any engineering department, it's pretty heavily slanted towards men. There are current three women (2 engineering and 1 scrum) as of March 2017.In terms of diversity it it mostly white folks, but there a couple people of color (Hispanic, Blank, Indian) sprinkled throughout.Culturally it's relatively diverse. Handful of gamers, sports fanatics, comic book/super hero nerds, a few exercise enthusiasts too.Great team culture. Lots of joking, many people hang outside of work.
