I liked that there was a panel and I interviewed once since I had met the entire team.

There is flexibility to work from home and to work hours most convenient to you if they meet the needs of the company and clients.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a bit too much competitiveness and one-upsmanship for my liking. In addition, not everybody pulls their weight. Some make too many excuses for not keeping up with the workload.
