Very personable and great to work with. The word team is overused, and doesnt always mean a group of people you particularly have chemistry with, but I genuinely the team I am on, and like the people on it.
Previously all staff were expected to take extended training on emotional intilligence, constructive communication, and "living the AIR values" - that is no longer the case and it shows. Staff who have been at AIR for a long time treat each other with respect, newer staff often do not.
They let us have a life outside of the office.
