What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is happy to help. I feel comfortable going to my upper staff with questions and concerns.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, human kindness, emotional intelligence, acknowledging staff efforts, and ensuring staff are treated professionally.

Being more present. They are not very visible to workers, so most probably dont even know their names.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Finally got serious about competitive pay a couple of years ago
PTO and retirement are the best part of my package
Long term care benefit is great
Definitely the free parking is the best!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel a price of living wage should be in order, considering that we are getting shouldered with more and more responsibility, for no increase in pay or benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Kind people who care about their work and are diligent, they are trustworthy and dependable.
We have a good time together in the office and outside of the office.
Very personable and great to work with. The word team is overused, and doesnt always mean a group of people you particularly have chemistry with, but I genuinely the team I am on, and like the people on it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Previously all staff were expected to take extended training on emotional intilligence, constructive communication, and "living the AIR values" - that is no longer the case and it shows. Staff who have been at AIR for a long time treat each other with respect, newer staff often do not.
They let us have a life outside of the office.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop driving for performance through internal competition
What did you like most about the interview process?
the process was relaxed and friendly
They were willing to bring me in to the office to interview.
