They present themselves as reachable
Innovation, communication, managing talent, adjusting to generational differences in philanthropy.
Sick time plus PTO is nice
Could make significant higher salary elsewhere
I am paid the same as others with less responsibility and experience.
Many of my coworkers lack training and development. As a nonprofit organization the staff is overwhelmingly female and in some markets all female. The lack of gender diversity is painful.
Remote and some autonomy in job
Inclusive, progressive, flexible work place
Management needs to listen to staff so as to understand their needs. Morale is very low. A recent merger was handled very clumsily and the effects of poor communication and planning linger.
Interview process was slow but not bad

Making a difference in peoples lives
My time off and flexible work arrangement
As an older worker, I truly value the innovation and forward thinking style of younger workers. Senior management is dominated by older, white, mostly male people. Fresh blood and a new way of thinking are needed from the top down.
