My local supervisor is great shes all the time trying to make our situation better and sticks her neck out for her crews.
Most will work just as hard as we do.
My Regional Directors, VP, and Presidents all live and breath the same MVV. Never have I seen any of them stray from those beliefs.
They are always ready to help

HEALTH INSURANCE IS OUTSTANDING - WE'RE A MEDICAL COMPANY - OF COURSE IT IS
Medical benefits allow me to see my gastroenterology doctors and related specialty doctors.
I am appreciative of the compensation package. I myself do not use it due to cost. I am on my spouse's insurance. I do understand that such a large corp things are a bit more expensive.
The pay rate is decent, health insurance cost is expensive and rising every year

WE ENCOURAGE, SUPPORT AND MOTIVATE ONE ANOTHER
They are hard working, open minded, and they have a great sense of humor.
They are closer to me than family. We have each other's back no matter what.
Their ability to see the mission as a whole
I work with a lot of very interesting and kind coworkers. I learn something from them every day and have great respect for them :)
My coworkers are nice thank you
Everyone is friendly and empathetic to what each other goes through in the job and in life outside of the job. This job can be tough and family and friends don't always understand.
FELLOW EMPLOYEES - LEADERSHIP AND EXECUTIVES FOCUS ON NUMBERS, NOT PEOPLE
Independence and autonomy while contributing toward something greater.
Our immediate supervisor leaves us to do our jobs
I like that there is an interview process sometimes. Most times the people they want are already picked. The interview is simply a formality they must endure.
I was told what to expect up front
vague questions. no psychological questions to evaluate if someone could even deal with what we deal with
It was straight to the point
Review from Operations Dept
It was casual and relaxed.

I have the freedom during my shift to relax and run my calls. (As long as my wheels roll on time)
