Mr. Dave Keung serves as Vice President and Head of Global Network & Establishment Services for China and Emerging Markets at American Express Company. Mr. Keung is responsible for managing the overall merchant business in China at American Express Company and plays an active role in driving the Global Network Services strategy, building partner relationship and implementing various partnership projects. Mr. Keung leads and manages the partner relationship with ICBC and provides direction for the implementation of ICBC American Express project. Mr. Keung joined American Express in 1988 and has worked in various positions in Global Establishment Services since 1989, including sales and marketing, business development and partnerships development. He was the Director and Market Head, China, Philippines & Emerging Markets, Establishment Services. He is a member of the US - China Business Council, a private, non-profit, non-partisan and member-supported organization, which analyzes issues of importance to the future Sino-US relations. Mr. Keung holds a BBA and MBA from University of Houston, USA.
