401k match and pto isgreat
Pension which was the best part of the benefit package when I was first employed
The healthcare benefits are amazing.
Salary and benefits are strong
It is not basic it is better than most I have seen and still there are a variety of options to have a customized coverage for the needs of varying people. I like that Amica walks the talk, we provide the best insurance for our customers and that includes our internal customers/ fellow-workers.
The company car is the best part

Health care and retirement plan
they pay above minimum wage
It's great. I am so satisfied.
Better chances of being promoted to officer
My feedback is not listened too by management
My input is not valued
More pay the pay can be low for what you deal with.
Compensation is lower than the industry average, and substantially so. Benefits used to make up for it, and while they are still great, they are not enough to make up for the lesser pay.
Salaries are not Commensurate with the amount of work assigned and the pressure to turn it around yesterday regardless of The fact we are understaffed.
Overworked, the amount of tasks and responsibilities is overbearing
The work is endless, pay is just ok (the 2.5% annual raises keep up with inflation, barely). If Amica really wants to attract - and keep - the best & the brightest they need to pay more.
Pay equivalent to industry and internal promotions
Hard work should trump who you know and who you are friends with. Unfortunately it's all politics
The compensation is the lowest and their commission plan is horrid

Because everyone in the industry in this position makes more. If they gave better than 500 raises it wouldn't be such a slap in the face.
