Being less "nice". Holding people accountable for actual results.
Spend time in the role they are leading. Not an hour or a day but a week or a month to understand the asks they are asking.
Be more flexible with ideas
Admit that bad decisions were made, a little humility goes a long way.
Listen to employee feedback also hire and promote people with experience
Better chances of being promoted to officer
My feedback is not listened too by management
My input is not valued
More pay the pay can be low for what you deal with.
Compensation is lower than the industry average, and substantially so. Benefits used to make up for it, and while they are still great, they are not enough to make up for the lesser pay.
The employees on my team are tired & worn out. Week after week of more re-assignments from people that recently quit. We'd get along better if we actually had time to talk to each other instead of taking endless phone calls.
Quite frankly my coworkers suffer from the same problems as I do...low morale. Due to the lies and cutthroat behavior of CIS leadership, no-one has drive to work beyond what is absolutely necessary.
Less Gossip, and less of management playing favorites

My team is so active.
Less playing politics and more focusing on your own work.
Care about the people and provide written reviews that are specific and place people where they can shine

Bring outside leadership and stop the nepotism
Management is inexperienced and training is poor
Listen to employee input and more experience management
For starters it would be great if Home Office would acknowledge to the front line workers that there is an enormous staffing shortage. That would be painful, yes, but being transparent with the employees would be a step towards gaining our trust back (and we currently have very little trust).

The rates are so high everyone is cancelling
The insurance premiums are outrageously high and not competive. The executive office does not care about the lower level employees well being or the policyholders. They only care about the $ the sales staff brings in so that they can justify giving themselves, the executives, higher salaries.
Change the leadership and provide managable claims workloads
Replace senior leadership with competent management
Inexperienced management who won't listen to feedback
