The best thing about my team is knowing that I have people I can reach out to when I need help or a second opinion. Our work can involve detailed and sometimes complicated situations, so having teammates who are willing to share their knowledge and work through things together makes a big difference

What I value most is the people I work with and the relationships we have built. I appreciate having coworkers who are approachable, supportive, and willing to help when challenges come up. That sense of teamwork makes the work environment more positive and enjoyable.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more about getting to know me as a person rather than work experience. My experience is on my resume which got me the interview in the first place. Of course, work experience did come up, but in a general sense. But making sure I was a good cultural fit is equally as important.
