initially dealt with some unpleasant managers (I did not report to them) but it did not taint my perception of the company. I have a great manager and team and am given feedback often to continue to improve and grow

once the application was received the interviews and hiring was pretty quick

my salary is competitive but there is high intrinsic value to the culture of work life balance, 18 paid holidays, remote work options

we really have each other's back like a team. If one of us is out, we know we can count on the others to cover for us so that our customers get seamless, quality service
