What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are working on making the team function engaging and working on making different pilots for changes to come in future for all teams. Changes are good!

Get replaced with those that know and understand leadership.

Leadership is creating a less than pleasant work environment. Systems have been implemented that slow down production in order to allow executives to micromanage based on the results.

Horrible and fearful. Employees have uncertainties on the future and direction of the company and leadership.
