Most supportive place I have worked by far. And I have slutted around many companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The open-door and supportive nature of all higher-ups. They seem to really value work-life balance as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The extra days off. By far this makes a huge difference in employee moral. Especially because alot of our employees perform monotonous related duties.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is friendly and typically very open as people. I have yet to have a co-worker where I have negative perspectives about collaborating with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are incredibly open and supportive. Rarely is anything black-and-white to them and that is how it should be. This is the first place I have worked where I truly feel supported in my career goals,
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone is friendly and supportive. I was declined a position I applied for internally and they actually met with me to go over feedback so that I can prevail in the future. That truly meant the world to me and I have never experienced a response before when asking for feedback.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
At a certain point there is nothing you can really do as the nature of the job is monotonous. But more work-duty diversity would be nice as long as we are fairly compensated for the extra work. I truly would not mind having more to do; if not enjoy work more while being able to switch it up.
