Overall, the pace is very fast, but that is due to changes that are being made and executed. I don't believe the same pace will continue once all the initiatives are rolled out. I like what I see as far as where the department is moving and the processes that are being put in place

The flexibility in the work day and how the projects are accomplished. This comes back to the open environment for contribution of individual thoughts and input
