Review from Sales Dept

Commission of sales to customers

The stocks that start at the price of hire and the incentive to keep working to earn those 5+k dollars in Angies Stock

Higher than industry average and company stock!

You can make six figures and work no weekends , nights, or holidays ! Benefits are amazing

Review from Sales Dept

Highly competitive salary for software engineers in Indianapolis. It would be hard to find a better scale in this city.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is not an area that doesnt need improving.

The commission is weighed soo heavily on making numerous sales. Without a very high conversion rate you do not see commission and your base rate is too low

If men and women were paid equal, if loyalty was rewarded, and if parental leave was longer

While the commission is uncapped the grind of cold calling is absolutely brutal on the mind even for the best reps.

Bad management micromanaged all day meetings that take away from time you could sell.. so unprofessional and not credible. Bad leads to sketchy people its a disaster.. DO NOT WORK HERE

Low base pay for what is expected. Call bad old leads all day just to scrape for a sale when its too expensive for most people. Stop acting like its senior year of high school and college and get more professional. Zoom meetings are a joke and feel like school not a job. They have no credibility...

Forced to resign if you dont make enough sales

They do not treat their employees well and when Home Advisor bought us out they let people of without warning.
