understanding the market and the complicated lay of the land to do this job fora company with serious reputation issues.
Literally everything. They were awful
Literally everything they are supposed to do
Communication and proper education on the product.
Any real questions are viewed as negative.. they wont answer why you have to call the same old leads that are nit a real business and can not afford to pay for leads.. terrible company and reputation speaks for itself..
There is not an area that doesnt need improving.
The commission is weighed soo heavily on making numerous sales. Without a very high conversion rate you do not see commission and your base rate is too low
If men and women were paid equal, if loyalty was rewarded, and if parental leave was longer
While the commission is uncapped the grind of cold calling is absolutely brutal on the mind even for the best reps.
Bad management micromanaged all day meetings that take away from time you could sell.. so unprofessional and not credible. Bad leads to sketchy people its a disaster.. DO NOT WORK HERE
Some coworkers are willing to assist but almost all tenured associates stick to themselves and do not give out any assistance
Coworkers good but underpaid.. tedious work all day 5 days a week.. dont make sales? Have a bad month? Too bad they will let you go or you will quit.. turnover rate is 90% maybe even more.. ppl get fired and quit every day
Get rid of everyone in management
Help people out with there needs
Trust and believe in your employees. Make a positive rapport with them.

The contractors we are reaching out to are being called multiple times throughout the year by both sides of angi-they usually hate our product and feel harassed
Communicate better and hire better leaders
A better reputation amongst the clients we’re selling to
Customers hate the product and reputation of angie and homeadvisor.. no one can afford it and if they can they are ripped off. Everyone you call tells you to "get out while you can.." that says everything.
Turnover in sales staff alot
