What do you like best about the leadership team?
They very set clear goals.
Regular updates with an optimistic outlook concerning our performance and challenges.
Easy to work with and flexible
Easy to work with and will do what is necessary for and employee to succeed.
Not sure I know enough about them, but I know they may have made the wrong decision by letting some key contributors with over 25 years of experience go! Not only felt at my level but at Strategic customers as well.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO is very favorable, earning 1 day per pay period is achieved in just a few years.
I like the the way compensation structure is set up
The car allowance and phone allowance.
The package started on day one.
I like the matching 401K.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation doesn't currently include incentive for doing more. Goals are defined as team goals and do not really include specifics to develop my role within the company. Corporate mantra is very 'dated' and not innkeeping with a more modern productivity assessment.
if paid at the same rate as what other medium sized companies pay for this position
My responsibilities keep increasing however I am not compensated financially.
I do not believe we are compensated enough for our expertise and not being competitive salaries compared to others.
Better health coverage, better bonuses etc
What are some of the best things about your team?
Really good communication, in general and a willingness to help each other.
The dedication and commitment to continuously plow through uncommon challenges since COVID strikes me as remarkable. All while keeping positive.

easy to work with and available to help when needed.
Our manager is interested in our professional growth and development. Opportunities to increase our knowledge base are encouraged. Everyone on the team has a specific knowledge base that is shared freely.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People want to stay, there is limited turnover due to people voluntarily leaving.
People tend to stay with company for a long period
People stay with the company for long time
Mixed feelings so not sure how to answer
The work environment is very inclusive and the org structure is amicably designed to get the best out.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More positivity and support for each other without personal ego

The collaborative working relationship with my manager and peers.
Being able to help provide the correct solutions that support our customers needs.
