Our Leadership team is very clear on the direction and goal of the company. They keep us informed at all times. They care about employees and make sure everyone is treated fairly.
They set clear goals to get job done

Need to care and listen to employee
They need to quit take benefits away from us .

Anritsu support my family good

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not know why I get the not good judgment
Comparing the current market rate for someone with my level of experience, I feel I am underpaid as I have many friends with same level of experience who are getting paid at least 50% more salary. This makes me feel undervalued.
cost of living is going up

What are some of the best things about your team?
we work together very well
we always support each other good
the team is good overall and good working people here at the shop
All my team members are wonderful people. We truly work as a team and help each other when needed.

They should speak english so I know what they are talking about

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
sometimes feel burnt out and tired from working the day before
Very challenging business environment, with many supply chain issues and increasing costs, along with difficulty in recruiting and employee retention.
To much work need to hire more people
New ERP system needs to be postponed until ready. I think we are rushing it and it will be a mess. Also, it feels like every December something big in being put in place and the workers cannot enjoy the holiday.
Need to move out of the 90's and understand the needs of current people in the workforce. The internal offices are depressing, gray no pictures, isolation. Need a work from home option, if even for a short amount of time. Teams works great with effective collaboration.
