
My manager cares about me as a person and not just an employee. I feel I have great leadership and am provided with mentorship that will go beyond my job here.

The leadership should hear more and should take decisions together with the team and not impose their will, and sometimes does that saying they are are hearing and saying the decision was made together but it is not, was only way decision from top to bottom.

I think my payment should be corrected, because I did add a lot of new responsabilities and activities from what I hired for and I receive just a small correct on payment which is not in accordance whit the changes
My review was lower than my peers even though my performance and productivity were higher compared to the group.
I am not payed in fair amount, and also my manager does not lesson he/she just order and need to obey. Have a fair salary and have voice on the decisions would make feel better
My new supervisor took very personal when I spoke out about my opinion toward what he changed the methods in our department. The consequences were I got very bad raise under his supervision.

Allow at least option of hybrid schedules for employees that can do jobs from home.
Anritsu should allow employees that are able to work from home at least a few days a week as long as the employee shows to get their work done. Working from home has a huge impact on quality of life.
