Positive Reviews From Anthropologie Employees

  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
    The coworkers were very nice
  • What are some of the best things about your team?
The coworkers were very nice. I wish i got to see them and interact with them more. We barely saw each other
  • What do you like best about the leadership team?
    They were nice to me

Constructive Feedback From Anthropologie Employees

  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to lower level employees and treating those who fuel the company as assets rather than a revolving door of suckers.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is too much product and the product quality is not as good as it used to be. Customer service is subpar and people are frustrated with the lacking product quality as well the decline in customer service. It is consumerism at its worst.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All employees at the retail level need to be paid more for the what we have to deal with on a daily basis. I would even take a lower discount to have better pay.
