It wasn't informal but I was comfortable and it wasn't hard to say what I was thinking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love to invest and start being considered for benefits. I don't want to me a short term employee, I want to turn this into where we make happy healthy.
