without clear strategy, we get caught up in chasing admin work and working on the project du jour. I feel as is I am not able to commit the appropriate time to building enterprise strategy for customers.

The HR mission and goals are focused on company goals, and have very little to do with the actual "Human" side of Human Resources. Too many policies are "one size fits all" that don't take into account variations in job function, team dynamics, or individual work styles.

At this point I’m not sure any suggestion would be listened to or acted on. It seems the executives want to stay tight lipped but front the idea they are listening. I’m dedicated and want to keep working here, but it seems like every f

For the last decade, the top problem has been that Appian is hard to do business with. There's only so much anyone outside of Sales can do to help with that. Serious churn and reorg in Sales + Marketing, especially the exec leaders, doesn't inspire confidence that we've figured out how to do better.

I feel that my job is valued by the company and important to the company's future success. However, I do not feel excited to come into work. My job is what I do, not who I am. It pays for the things I need to survive, and the things I want to do outside of work.

The presales team in Singapore is the most inexperienced and nastiest which I have worked with in my entire 10-year career. Presales in Singapore seems to have a lot of time and is constantly engaging in bad mouthing and company politics to cover up its incompetence. The presales in Singapore has so
