Management is antiquated and old . Takes way too long to get promoted compared to other smaller companies . Compensation is not good .

Leadership team is very old and completely disconnected from modern world. Technological advancements need to happen relevant to modern times. Culture and structure needs to move away from multilayered pyramid structure.
