My team is awesome - great teamwork
My team has been through the worst together and is bonded as a result. We are nearly always aligned on a message and come together on resolutions. There is little infighting and generally we all enjoy being around one another.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
removing silos and barriers, be collaborative
Invite younger people to meetings rather than just managers & directors running the show.
Quit worrying about exec meeting slides and worry about customers instead
efficient team management and flat structure
