We pull together to get it done
Helpful. Supportive. Trustworthy. Understanding. Flexible.
Most of the coworkers do not need supervision to get the job done.
My team has been through the worst together and is bonded as a result. We are nearly always aligned on a message and come together on resolutions. There is little infighting and generally we all enjoy being around one another.
