Many want to do good work, they are just mired in bureaucracy, red tape, archaic rules and procedures with inflexible executives as managers.
Most employees are very mature and respectful, and there is very little distraction. Most have a very good attitude and there is very little complaining.
We are global and working across regions is rewarding
There needs to be less pointing fingers for mistakes. It's faster to correct the issue if possible and make a note on the matter.
More employees, more pay. Teams cannot both be so severely underpaid and overworked. Ideally there would be neither, both is insane.
Difficult for new comers to integrate and be heard
Clear company strategy and vision alignment to all level. If required to change strategy, effective communication is appreciated
