Review from Operations Dept
Very honest with work loads
taking initiatives whenever needed and protect their teams
Review from Operations Dept
innovative, technology focused, qualified, empathy
Direct leadership is in touch and tries to do what is best for the team.
good nice place to work
Worst management — yearly reviews are a joke — no promotions within. They prefer hiring from outside and that is the only time to negotiate. Once within, will be subject to politics and no pay rai
Set a example, give directions or motivation
Reward middle management and listen to them
Using a bell curve on employee annual reviews. Outdated system that punishes employees who work hard and demotivates them. Also retrain managers away from the idea that if you do 110% it only meets expectations because the manager expects you to be a high performer.
I am having a terrible work-life balance
Good benefits and bonuses opportunities
Annual bonus is a plus
good package no issue for me
Salary with bonus components and shares
Stock growth and annual bonus
compared with companies in the same industry, compensation was just okay and with average/a little below average salary
Review from Operations Dept
based on the value i provide to the company
Managers need to be changed -- young people are not appreciated here . Old, antiquated company .
Compensation is not good compared to other semiconductor companies in Bay Area.
I don't get recognition, i am badly treated, I Deserve more.
We pull together to get it done
Helpful. Supportive. Trustworthy. Understanding. Flexible.
Most of the coworkers do not need supervision to get the job done.
My team has been through the worst together and is bonded as a result. We are nearly always aligned on a message and come together on resolutions. There is little infighting and generally we all enjoy being around one another.
Broadness of projects to choose from
removing silos and barriers, be collaborative
Invite younger people to meetings rather than just managers & directors running the show.
Quit worrying about exec meeting slides and worry about customers instead
efficient team management and flat structure
diverse workplace, room for innovation
Lot of co-workers have no clue at this company and managers keep it that way to safeguard their interests.
System level engineering and cross team collaboration
Leaders care about their employees and they are collaborative and performance focused
Nothing. Culture is very toxic.
There needs to be less pointing fingers for mistakes. It's faster to correct the issue if possible and make a note on the matter.
More employees, more pay. Teams cannot both be so severely underpaid and overworked. Ideally there would be neither, both is insane.
Difficult for new comers to integrate and be heard
Clear company strategy and vision alignment to all level. If required to change strategy, effective communication is appreciated
Review from Operations Dept
better work life balance, efficient work plan
Very technical questions from immediate team
focus on details, determine value i bring in to the company
Friendly, open, transparent, quick, easy.
Panel type of interview, in-person.
Fast and completed in a day
Need to be more proactive in responding to applicants
Getting the job done in good time
A small handful of people on my team.
The ESPP and profit sharing bonus yearly was good.
Advancing and helping my employees grow.
The team I work with and my manager bring me joy throughout the day. The work is challenging and provides new experiences although there is far too much with weeks regularly extending over 60 hours.
Management is antiquated and old . Takes way too long to get promoted compared to other smaller companies . Compensation is not good .
Management is wrong... not sure how it can be improved
Not clear direction from 1st level managers
Leadership team is very old and completely disconnected from modern world. Technological advancements need to happen relevant to modern times. Culture and structure needs to move away from multilayered pyramid structure.
Some of the benefits are okay
Stable and long term company with a strong legacy.
Good work life balance
More creative leadership and executive leadership filtering down faster to teams. Increase the speed of decision making.
employees feel like they are rewarded for their work
